Breadsticks for Bri

It’s the second time I baked for Bri. She didn’t quite like the almond biscotti I made her the other day. I think they may be too big for her to hold on to — about the size of her arm…. *yeah, minor technicality, it was my first time baking biscotti* Anyways, these breadsticks are the perfect size for her. Thank you Uncle David for the recipe. I just let her walk around in her walker or crawl around gumming on these. The recipe is so simple, although I would add a bit more flour to make it harder and doesn’t break easily
Hopscotch Breadsticks
* 100 gr cake flour
* 100 gr bread flour
* 3 gr bread improver
* 3 gr baking powder
* 20 gr butter
* 200 ml milk
Mix them all together, add a cup of fillings of your choice (I added parmesan cheese + little sugar)
On a flat surface, knead the dough until smooth
Roll them into fingersize, place onto a silicone sheet.
Glaze with egg wash and add sprinkles of your choice
Bake at 170C for about 40 mnts.
PS: Daddy gave mommy a bunch of red roses yesterday. Thank you, love!
Each flower is supposed to represent a year of my age, but I think there were about 150 flowers there…..
