Finally back home again after being stuck in Beijing for 2 days.  The snow storm was quite heavy, worst in the last half century according to a local media.  I’ve never seen snow that much in my life anyway, so I got a bit carried away with the photos.  I’m still working on the photos from our Beijing trip, but this is from the first batch. Taken after our buffet breakfast in Crowne Plaza Wangfujing. It was the first day of the snow — was still falling when the picture was taken, and lasted until the next morning.

My little girl is now 9 months 1 week.  BabyCenter reveals everything there is about baby’s development. It is so true, that this little bundle has become more and more of a little girl with charming personality every day. She’s warming up to strangers easily, has dead cute smiles that will steal anyone’s heart instantly, talkative in her own way — she would try to chat up with you and show her little cute ‘tricks’ either with her hands, touches and feels your skin or face and shows her front teeth.

The other day we caught her gumming on the stroller’s wheel. She has understood a simple “NO” and what it means — or the consequences if  she carries on. Most of the time after we told her a firm “NO”  she would hesitantly back off from the object/place, glances at it a couple of times while checking if we’re still looking or not.  But most of the time she listened and didn’t do it again for a while, until the temptation is too big to resist….
