Since Briana’s last casting call didn’t fall through during the final stage, I placed her name again with the agency.
They told me that this time around, there should be a few more calls baby product companies will get their winter issues ready for the market. Sure enough, Briana got another call for photo casting, a quick shoots from a short-listed candidates somewhere near Huaihai area. Since it was Saturday, Daddy was off and happy to tag along. Yay for Daddy!
The shooting was arranged directly by the company. Like always, mommy was fretting about how things should be prepared. Thinking that it would be a good idea to feed the little monster some breakfast before the lil trip downtown, she gave a bit too much for the little one to handle. Being bounced in a car for about an hour or so was not very convenient. Bri has always had a thing about driving in a car. She’d get fussy, restless and worst barfy. Drive her too long in a car, she’ll vomit. Guarantee! As she did again that morning.
*silly mommy, and she thought it was the orange juice or the yoghurt!
Good thing we got 2 other pair of clothes for spare. With quick wipes here and there plus clothes changing, baby was all ready. There’re several other people at the set, and babies being changed into clothes for the shots. A bit of a commotion in the back room as one baby refused to get changed again by mommy. Briana seemed to enjoy the noises and new faces. She’s in her element. All cheeky, grinning and playful. Her usual self.
We got changed her into several clothes as required by the manager. Manager seemed happy, let us all go home with a note “We’ll let you know who gets the job”
And here’re a couple of parting shots in front of the building before we proceed to our afternoon walk among the jungle of malls and shops in downtown Shanghai.

Briana lagi capek ya, mukanya bete cakep juga cucu nenek. Bri, itu perut nya yg ungu seksi ya, briana pinter ya makannya. Kakak terima kasih fotonya, cantik2 banget ya. Ibu ambil yang ungu senyum digendong daddy, taro di monitorbesar banget, Kalo santai nenek liat briana di monitor, makasih ya.

aduh bri mirip banget sama crystal dan angie kalo naik mobil agak lama. aku selalu siap2 wadah kecil yg di’wrap’ dg kantong kresek buat kalo anak2 mun2. terus satu kunci penting, jangan dikasih minum susu dan makan telor atau yg banyak minyak macam tart, mentega dan sejenisnya. itu juga pemicu mun-mun. biasanya agak mendingan kalo gak minum susu.
